SERVICE

Plan B Sleep Consulting shall provide the following services (“services”) to the buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Plan B Sleep Consulting is a consulting business that helps parents with children who are struggling to sleep or unable to put them into a routine.  Plan B Sleep Consulting will interpret the relationship between the child’s behaviour and the reason as to why they are not sleeping.  The key issues addressed will be sleep environment, aged related routine, family situation, dietary requirements, sleep associations and settling techniques.  No medical treatment will be provided and regularly a recommendation will be made to the family to refer to a lactation consultant or a general practitioner.

PAYMENT TERMS

The buyer agrees to pay the price for the service selected whether by phone consultation, skype consultation, in-home or mother’s group sessions, in full prior to the services being provided.  Plan B Sleep Consulting will forward to the buyer and invoice and the invoice shall be paid within seven (7) days of receipt and prior to any services being provided.  Payment will be by direct deposit into Plan B Sleep Consulting’s nominated bank account. 

The buyer acknowledges that all amounts paid to Plan B Sleep Consulting are non-refundable and understands and acknowledges that notwithstanding the best efforts of Plan B Sleep Consulting the child concerned may not change their sleep habits. 

PRIVACY STATEMENT

The parties will not use, copy, adapt or alter or disclose to any further third party any information provided by the other pursuant to this Agreement.  Information provided is of a confidential nature.
